Estill courses at Cal U
This summer Cal U offers two Estill Voice Training courses:
Level One:Figures for Voice™ teaches techniques that can give your voice added strength, clarity and stamina. Learn to control the vocal structures that influence voice quality and employ exercises that that provide new vocal options for all styles of speaking and singing.
Level Two:Figure Combinations for Six Voice Qualities™ combines the figures from level one to produce six voice qualities:
- Speech.
- Falsetto.
- Sob.
- Twang.
- Opera.
- Belting.
Gain a clear understanding of the voice’s limitless possibilities, and learn how to keep it vibrant and healthy. Students practice the skills in small group sessions, and there is ample time for questions, discussion and work on individual repertoire or case studies.
